It's a new year so time for new habits! I'm not one to usually make New Year's resolutions, but this year I wanted to share a challenge I set up for myself a few years ago that has turned into a helpful habit: how to never miss an important card-worthy date.
Each Tuesday for the next 12 weeks I'll be sharing my methods, tools, tips and shortcuts on how I not only mail greeting cards on time, but also get ahead of schedule. Imagine never again writing "sorry this is so late" or "typical me, I'm a week behind." I have worked hard to create a system that is straightforward and adaptable for your lifestyle. If you're more tech-savvy and prefer to do things on your phone, laptop or iPad, there will be a special post on all the ways technology can help you become a better snail mailer. Or if you're old school and prefer to go the paper and pencil route, I have a great round up of the supplies I use to help me stay on top of each month's events. Personally, I use a blend of tech and tangible supplies and I'll clue you in on my exact methods from month to month.
I will also be sharing tips on how to avoid the last minute dash to the grocery store for an overpriced card and bonus ideas on how I discover and track gifts for upcoming birthdays. No more late night scouring of Amazon searching "husband gifts" or "4 year old boy birthday," now when the time rolls around you'll have the perfect personalized gift ready to go.
Alright, I'll see you back here next week for the first installment of Teach Tuesday: How to Never Miss an Important Date where we'll get into the tangible tools you need to stay on track!
