I’m a small business owner, so I’m pretty much here all the time! When I do take time off, I make sure to get back to you quickly. For shipping times, please see below. 

How awesome are your cards?

Very awesome. All cards are original, hand painted watercolors printed on high-quality, uncoated matte paper. Greeting cards have a smooth finish, measure 4" x 5.5" + include a white mailing envelope. Personalized notecards are single sheet, back + front like a post card, + measure 5x7". They are printed on high-quality, 110 lb, uncoated matte paper with a smooth finish perfect for writing. The personalized notecard set includes 25 Euro flap envelopes in either bright white or kraft paper.

And what about those prints?

All prints are fine art reproductions of original watercolor paintings created by Sarah Oleson. They are printed on smooth matte, 100% cotton hot press paper that is acid-free + pH neutral using archival pigment inks. This combination results in brilliantly colored, exceptionally detailed prints that last forever! Prints come in 5x7” or 8x10”, are unframed + are individually signed by the artist. For shipping, prints are tucked in a protective sleeve + shipped flat with a sturdy cardboard backer for protection.

Where are your products printed?

All cards are designed, painted + printed in the United States. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Sure do! Bulk orders are large orders that are eligible for a discount + they are not intended for resale. If you wish to purchase Cafe Notes + Company products for resale, wholesale information is available here. Send me an email to get bulk pricing + place your order, but here are some particulars:

  • minimum of 50 cards to qualify as bulk

  • minimum order of 10 cards per SKU

  • Orders are shipped from Silver Spring, MD via USPS unless another method is preferred. Cost calculated based on quantity + will be added to your order before purchase

  • Bulk orders are not packaged for individual resale

Do you accept custom orders?

I accept only a few new clients to work with per year, so send me an email + let me know what you’re looking for!

What payments are accepted on your website?

Visa (credit + debit cards), MasterCard (credit + debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only) + PayPal

What are your shipping policies? 

I process your greeting card orders within 3 business days from the date your order was placed (typically I process same day!).

For fine art prints + personalized stationery, the processing time is 4-5 business days. If a combination of cards, personalized stationery + prints are purchased, the longer processing time will be applied.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates + commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note I do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery + items ordered. Shipping costs are non­refundable + I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS in the event of an issue. 

What are your return policies?

All sales are final, but I want you to be happy with your purchases! Please contact me right away so I can have the opportunity to work with you if there are any issues with your cards upon receipt.
